The goal of all custody and visitation issues is to determine what is in the best interest of the minor children. I understand the criteria judges use to make decisions regarding custody and visitation, which includes parents, grandparents, siblings and stepparents.

A child should not suffer, due to the parents’ divorce. I will work with you to assure that all of your child’s needs are met, financially and physically.

Relocation

Life is constantly changing. Some changes may require us to move out-of-state due to a marriage, change of employment or lifestyle change. I have successfully litigated cases that allowed parents to move out of state with their children and I have also successfully litigated cases that require the children to remain in the State of Illinois.
